Directions:

2/3 pint of Guinness and 1/3 pint of framboise is combined in a pub glass. The Jameson is floated on top of the Baileys in a shot glass, and the shot glass is then dropped into the pub glass of stout. The aim is to drink it before the beer can mix with the cream, curdling it, which makes it less tasty. Drink is to be immediately consumed. - Wikipedia

History:

The Carboise is a boilermaker variant of the Carbomb. It is a drink which replaces 1/3 of the Guinness with framboise. - Wikipedia
